Verso Cologne Folding Bike Review

Verso Cologne folding bike

When I first started looking for a folding bike I was thinking of buying a Dahon or a schwinn. But after a lot of research I ended up going with the Verso Cologne folding bike. At first to save money I thought I’d go with a single geared folding bike, but then after realizing how hard pedaling would be when I couldn’t switch gears I decided to get a folding bike with multiple gears. The Verso Cologne was one of the more inexpensive bikes with multiple gears and that’s the reason I initially purchased it.

The bike is a Seven-speed with really handy thumb shifters that let you shift gears really easily. The Cologne comes with a very light aluminum frame and folds into a really compact size when your finished riding. It also comes with nice Shimano components, which is a good brand name when it comes to bike components. When I first received the bike from Amazon it came fully assembled which was a pleasant surprise for me because I was dreading assembling it.

One negative thing to be aware of is if your too tall(over 6‘), you probably don’t want to buy this folding bike. My uncle who is particularly tall tried riding it and didn’t like it, he has a Dahon bike and it fits his height better. Other than this I really have no complaints and am really happy with my Verso Cologne folding bike.
